Marketing In A Crisis:
Video Production in a COVID-19 World
Why Now Is The Time to Invest in Video
As Americans go online to stay connected during COVID-19, they’re being exposed to media more frequently. In fact, media consumption has increased by 60% since the virus reached the US. Users are reading more blogs, engaging with more social posts and, yes, they’re watching more videos.

In response to these recent changes in consumer behavior, we’ve mobilized to help our clients produce videos tailored for an at-home audience. From virtual consultations and telehealth conferencing, to beauty footage and experiential content–our videos have helped brands big and small evolve their operations and continue providing value to their customers.

Explore the case studies below to see how you can adapt your content to this new normal and position your business for success when it’s over.

Terramor Homes Virtual Tours
With COVID-19 limiting a home-seeker's ability to tour properties, we worked with Terramor Homes to create a virtual solution. Now, using video conference, Terramor can work with prospects to design the perfect custom home remotely—and this video shows exactly how it works.
Sounds of Pinehurst Resort
As COVID-19 forced vacationers to cancel trips, we devised a way to bring the Pinehurst Resort experience to users virtually. We took advantage of the empty resort to capture the undisturbed peace of Pinehurst in spring. Using beauty shots and distinct sounds specific to Pinehurst, we created this video to help make people feel as though they were there even when they couldn’t be.

Bailey's Fine Jewelry Online Consultations
Being stuck inside should never delay surprising your special someone or treating yourself. With the Bailey’s Fine Jewelry Online Consultation, jewelry fanatics and question poppers are able to virtually select the perfect treasure so they can celebrate their memorable moments as planned.
Bodylase Virtual Consultations
Shelter-in-place orders and general safety concerns made it difficult for BodyLase to continue serving clients with in-person consultations. We worked with their team to create a virtual consultation strategy to introduce this new service to clients, which we launched through this video.

Golf Pride Roundtable
Golf Pride partnered with media outlet GolfWRX for a Zoom roundtable with Tour managers Burton Christie & Brett Zollman and Product Manager Bruce Miller. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, GolfWRX and Golf Pride were searching for ways to still engage golfers and provide entertainment. This Q&A session, conducted remotely, offered a rare look behind the scenes of what life is like on Tour, how Golf Pride develops new grips, and grip fitting talk to help educate consumers.
Reply OB/GYN

At a time when people are hesitant to visit a healthcare provider, Reply OB/GYN has taken to answering patient healthcare questions in videos. This campaign, called “You Ask, We Reply,” answers real questions and addresses concerns from real patients. We’ve shared 10 videos in the last 2 weeks, with nearly 10,000 views.
#YouAskWeReply

We asked doctors to tackle topics patients are most interested in, like navigating fertility challenges, subfertility programs and more. Patients were also encouraged to set up virtual telemedicine appointments to further discuss individual concerns.

Window World Virtual Consultation
In-home consultations are an essential piece of Window World’s sales process. However, with homeowners weary of visitors during COVID-19, we leveraged video to help the client introduce a brand new virtual consultation process. Customers can now connect with a design consultant, discuss project goals and receive an electronic estimate from the comfort of home, and Window World can continue generating sales.

Window World In-Home Safety
Despite social distancing practices throughout the country, some customers still prefer an in-home consultation. To reassure homeowners that traditional consultations are still safe, we created this animated video detailing Window World’s cleanliness standards inside the home.

Window World Safe Installation
Whether a customer signs a contract from a virtual or in-home consultation, the next step in the process is installation. To ease the homeowner’s mind, we created an additional animation addressing Window World’s social-distancing practices on installation day.
